Mindful Movement
The vinyasa style of yoga is a flowing sequence of poses that ties movement with breath. This is a fairly gentle class with modifications offered for different abilities.
Gentle Flow Yoga
This class tends to flow around the needs of the students who attend and offers modifications to meet the needs of different abilities.
Yoga For Well Being
This is intended for those new to yoga or those who need a more nurturing class that is primarily focused on stretching and gentle strengthening. Students will learn to breathe fully, alignment will be stressed and use of props will be encouraged to support the body in order to make the poses more accessible and comfortable.
Hot Yoga
Based on the teaching of Bishnu Gosh, this class focuses on longer holds in poses. Class takes place in a room at 90 degrees.
